PURPOSE:To facilitate manufacture of an air conditioner of the type having a hygroscopic liquid dehumidifier and a humidifier, to prolong the service life of the same and to achieve energy-saving operation of the same, by employing such an arrangement that a hygroscopic liquid is cooled by an air contacted type cooling means and regenerated by a warm-air circulated type solar heat utilizing heating means. CONSTITUTION:Air in a room 11 is circulated through a duct 14, pump 15, duct 16, dehumidifier 17, duct 18, humidifier 19 and duct 20. At the same time, pumps 27, 30, 37, 40 are set into operation. Resultantly, water is sprayed in the humidifier 19, and a hygroscopic liquid 24 is sprayed into the dehumidifier 17 and a regenerator 31 respectively from spray guns 25, 36. Further, cooling water from a cold accumulating tank 28 is passed through a pipe 26 while hot air from a warm-air circulated type solar heat collector 38 is passed through a pipe 35, so that dehumidification and humidification of air in the room 11, cooling (26) and regeneration (35) of the hygroscopic liquid 24 by hot-air heating of the same can be performed. By thus constituting an open loop, it is enabled to simplify manufacture of the air conditioners, to prolong its service life and to achieve energy- saving operation of the same. |
