PURPOSE:To provide a rotary prime mover by connecting a piston to a cylinder through a piston rod. CONSTITUTION:While a piston 3 receiving force F2 rotates about a piston 5, a connecting pin 6 rotates too. Since the connecting pin 6 connects a piston rod 4 to a cylinder 1, the cylinder 1 also rotates. Also, when the force F2 is given to the piston 3, it acts on the connecting pin 6 through the piston rod 4. In this case, the connecting pin 6 is connected to the cylinder 1 so that the movement of the piston rod 4 is transmitted to the cylinder 1. Next, force F1 acting on a cylinder cover 2 is to change its direction. Then when the forces F1, F2 are given to the cover 2 and piston 3 simultaneously, the whole assembly rotates about the connecting pin 6 which serves as a fulcrum. |
