The vehicle has a load bearing chassis with transport and storage hoppers and a conveyor belt, the assembly being fixed on a standard flat railway wagon. The machine has a conveyor belt or transporting screw auger passing under the hoppers in the longitudinal direction of the wagon. It dumps the contents of any of the storage hoppers at the entry of another mobile conveyor belt or screw auger that opens out longitudinally in the direction of the wagon. The mobile conveyor can fold over the hoppers when not in use and can swivel to work on the side tracks.
