PURPOSE:To obtain a precise sliding part having uniform and durable lubricity and abrasion resistance, easily, by applying a composite coating film composed of an organic metal compound and lubricating fine solid powder to the surface coated with a porous coating film having ultrafine pores. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a sliding part is coated with an ultrafine porous coating film 2 preferably having a Vickers hardness of >=200 and pore diameter of 1-0.01mu. Separately, an organic metal compound and lubricating fine solid powder 4 are dissolved and dispersed in a proper organic solvent, and the dispersion is applied to the surface of the porous layer and heated to obtain a lubricating coating film 3. The organic metal compound is preferably an alkoxy compound of the IIIa-Va group or IVb-group element, and the fine powder 4 is e.g. molybdenum disulfide, tungsten disulfide, boron nitride, etc. USE:Precise machine, especially a watch running under completely oilless conditions. |
