The mobile kitchen has a trailer with a platform supporting the oven and kitchen appliances. The walls are extendable to form, during operation as a kitchen, walkways for the kitchen. The folded volume of the trailer is completely occupied by the culinary equipment. The four vertical walls (8a-d) of the trailer are hinged along the edges of the platform (7) and can be deployed to a horizontal position by articulated hydraulic cylinders.
