Pairs of running wheels (12, 13) which are spaced apart and run on rails are connected to axles (6, 7) in such a manner as to be fixed in terms of rotation and said axles are rotatably mounted in axle bearings (8, 9). The axle bearings (8, 9) are arranged via resilient blocks on spaced-apart frame side parts (1, 2) which are movable in joints in relation to one another so as to be able to accommodate any changes between the rails of a track. Disc brakes (18) are arranged in pairs on associated transverse beams (25). The beams (25) themselves are supported in an articulated manner on the frame side parts (1, 2) with their opposite ends.
