CONTINUOUS ANNEALING EQUIPMENT OF WOUND IRON CORE

PURPOSE:To make the apparatus compact by conveying successively and intermittently a wound wire core to be annealed in a furnace, exciting the iron core while the core is stopped, and releasing the excitation while the core is moved. CONSTITUTION:A continuous annealing apparatus of a wound iron core 14 consists of a conveyor 6 for conveying the iron core 14 successively and intermittently and an exciter for exciting the iron core on the conveyor 6 while the conveyance of the iron core 14 is stopped. Said exciter is formed by an exciting electrode 7 and an exciting electric power source 11. The iron core 14 is conveyed successively and intermittently in the heating chamber of the furnace, and the iron core 14 is excited while the core is stopped. The excitation of the iron core 14 is released while the iron core 14 is conveyed. Consequently, specified time of annealing can be obtained even with the furnace having short length, and the apparatus is made compact.
