<p>Novel aminosulfonylbenzoic acid derivatives represented by the following general formula (I):$(8,)$wherein X and Y each independently represents a chlorine atom, bromine atom, fluorine atom, hydrogen atom, amino group, or nitro group, R1 represents a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group, R2 represents a hydroxy, amino group, lower alkyl group, hydroxyalkyl group, lower alkoxy group, aryl group, guanyl group, guanidino group, ureido group, oxamoylamino group, unsubstitued or halogen-substitued pyridazinoamino group or, when combined together, R1 and R2 form a 4 or 5 carbon-containing saturated heterocyclic group together with the adjacent nitrogen atom (provided that one carbon atom may be replaced by one oxygen atom or an unsubstituted or lower alkyl-substituted nitrogen atom), R3 represents a hydrogen atom, alkyl group, alkenyl group, cycloakyl group or benzyl group, and a process for their preparation.</p> |
