PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of a strain detecting element such as a strain gauge or the like, by providing a stop member limiting a displacement amount of a sensor beam in a definite range. CONSTITUTION:An elastic plate 21 is adhered to a flexible thin film 19 provided to one wall of a common ink chamber 16 to use the central part thereof as a sensor beam 20. In the vicinity of the fulcrum 20a of the sensor beam 20, strain gauges 22, 23 are adhered. Stop members 25 are provided to both side ens of the elastic plate 21 by spot welding and the intermediate part thereof is grasped by the bent part 20b of the sensor beam 20 and the erected part 20c thereof. The stop members 25 limit the displacement amount of the sensor beam 20 in a definite range. |
