PURPOSE:To automate coil winding work while improving the working ratio of a winding machine by winding the coil while a space piece is inserted at the tap drawing position of the outermost circumferential layer and a strand projecting section is formed, cutting the projecting section and connecting a lead wire. CONSTITUTION:For concentrate a tap drawing section to the n layer of the outermost circumference, the number of turns in a n-1 layer or layers before the n-1 layer is decreased and a non-turn section is formed, and a strand 5 is wound up to the first tap drawing position of the outermost circumference n layer. The space piece 6 is inserted at the tap drawing position, and the projecting section 5a is shaped without interrupting the winding work of the strand 5. The space piece 6 is removed, and the strand 5 is wound up to the tap drawing position. The space piece 6 is used similarly and the projecting section 5b is formed when winding reaches the next tap drawing position, and the coil is wound by successively repeating the work. After winding is complete, each projecting section 5a, 5b... is cut, and the lead wires are connected severally through brazing, etc. |
