Method for measuring the flow of a fluid in a well bore by means of a logging probe comprising an obstacle for generating swirling and a pressure sensor which, in response to pressure changes due to the emission of swirling, sends a detection signal having a useful component whose frequency f is determined. The ratio Ar is formed of the amplitude A of the signal to the frequency f and the flow is determined from the ratio Ar and from the frequency f on the basis of a first relationship giving f as a function of the flow Q and of the proportion of bubbles Y, this relationship including a linear relationship between f and Q, and on the basis of a second relationship expressing the variation in the ratio Ar as a function of Y and of Q.
