PURPOSE:To wind the insulating band for winding excellently an efficiently by impregnating thermocuring resin into a fiber reinforcing material and stacking and arranging fiber sheet materials on the both surfaces under a semi-rigid condition. CONSTITUTION:The cloth-shaped fiber sheet materials 3A, 3B, which consist of a fibriform material, such as a glass tape, polyester nonwoven cloth, etc., in which resin is not impregnated and which have excellent permeability, are stacked and disposed onto both surfaces of a resin impregnated fiber reinforced material 2 manufactured by impregnating a thermocuring resin liquid such as epoxy resin to the fiber reinforcing material, such as the glass tape, the polyester nonwoven cloth, etc. and brought to a B stage condition. The viscosity of the resin under the semi-rigid condition impregnated into the reinforcing material 2 is lowered through heating, and the resin is fluidized, permeates uniformly to the sheet materials 3A, 3B arranged to the both surfaces and reaches up to the surfaces of the sheet materials. Accordingly, the insulating band body for winding is wound on a material to be wound, the resin impregnated is heated and cured and the material to be wound and the insulating band body can be bonded integrally. |
