The cleaning or massaging sponge has corrugated brush fibres, which are sharply angled and are made from synthetic material, metal or other suitable material. They are laid loose, or set like fleece, and then embedded in foamed plastics. The fibres are thus held firmly and evenly distributed inside the sponge forming the brush. The brush faces of the sponge are then formed by cutting the dividing surfaces of the sponge material in single step. PS.
