PURPOSE:To obtain the titled hydraulic buffer excellent in the appearance and improved in the safety, by attaching a damping force adjuster and an anti-nose apparatus with them integrally joined. CONSTITUTION:The anti-nose dive apparatus 20 and the damping force adjuster 30 are integrally joined and are attached along the front surface of a hydraulic buffer main body 10. A hollow pipe 13 of the main body 10 can slide via a piston 13A along the inner circumference of an inner tube 12, and its base end is fixed to an outer tube 11 by a pipe guide 14. The inner cavity of a valve body 21 common to the anti-nose dive apparatus 20 and the damping force adjuster 30 is defined by a partition wall 21A and a valve 23 that will be energized by a relief spring 22 into anti-nose dive apparatus upper and lower chambers D, E and a damping force adjuster chamber F which are respectively in communication with third, first and second through-holes P3, P1, P2 of the outer tube 11 via through-holes P'3, P'1, P'2. |
