PURPOSE:To obtain laminated deep drawing aluminum material by a method wherein thermoplastic fluoroplastic film is thermowelded to aluminum, which is roughened and, after that, subjected to two-stage formation. CONSTITUTION:An aluminum or aluminum alloy plate is mechanically roughened in advance and, after that, immersed in weakly alkaline water solution, which contains basic organic compound and is heated up to 90 deg.C or higher, so as to form hydrated oxide films in its surfaces. The resultant chemically formatively treated aluminum plate is rinsed and, in succession, immersed in water solution, which contains alkaline silicate and is heated up to 90 deg.C or higher, so as to be chemically formatively treated again. The aluminum plate subjected to two-stage formation is rinsed, dried and, after that, put thermoplastic fluoroplastic films upon its surfaces to thermoweld the films directly onto the plate. Because the adhesion of the thermowelded fluoroplastic film of the obtained fluoroplastic film laminated aluminum plate is strong, the trimming workability at forming such as deep drawing and the like is good and finally the sound shape of a container can be obtained. |
