PURPOSE:To eject products from dies securely without using air, by positioning drawn products in punched holes of a raw material when upper dies are elevated, and sending the material while the products are held in the punched holes. CONSTITUTION:Upper dies 2 are lowered for drawing of a material W, and when they are elevated, a knockout 11 is pressed down by a spring 14 to leave products WM on lower dies 1. During the constant-pitch feeding of the material W, the height with which the material W floats over the top surfaces of the lower dies 1 is lower than at least the height of the products WM. Then, the products WM are ejected while held in punched holes WH and sent to a next stage, where they fall down to under the dies from products falling holes. This method secures the ejection of the products and uses no air, solving such a problem that a noise generated. |
