<p>PURPOSE:To avoid troubles based on the change in the viscosity of oil which would result from that in its temperature, by effecting the insertion molding of a no-oil-supplied spherical bearing previously surface-treated with an unguent, together with a bracket. CONSTITUTION:A no-oil-supplied spherical bearing 12 having a shaft hole 11 in the center is located in the hole 14 of a bracket 13 and integrated with it by insertion molding. The bearing 12 is made of synthetic resin containing a solid lubricant such as carbon fibers, graphite and molybdenum disulfide. Although the bearing surface previously treated with an unguent is put in tight contact with the inside surface of the hole 14 of the bracket 13, the bearing 12 can freely rotate because of the lubricating property of the unguent.</p> |
