PURPOSE:To premit the reduction of obstruction for the flow rate of feed air due to the adhesion snow, by a method wherein resin, having small frictional resistance, is coated on the surface of the vanes of a louver while the lower outer frame of the louver is provided with an electric heater. CONSTITUTION:Atmosphere, passed through the vanes 1 of a louver upon snow fall, is taken into a housing. In this case, snow collides against the vanes 1 of the louver. The vanes 1 of the louver is coated with resin and the frictional resistance thereof is small, therefore, the adhered snow slips down. The snow, slipped down, is heated by an electric heater 3, provided in the lower outer frame 2 of the vanes 1 of the louver and is molten. The molten snow is discharged to the outside of the housing as drain. Accordingly, the snow does not attach to the louver at all times and whereby a given flow rate of feed air may be maintained. Fluorine resin is employed as the resin for coating. |
