摘要 In a process to achieve optimum combustion with minimum firing loss in furnaces (smallest possible excess of air for complete combustion), the flue gas temperature is continuously measured, preferably just after the combustion chamber, and a mass flow ratio, preferably the ratio of fuel mass flow to combustion air mass flow, or the ratio of primary and secondary air mass flows, is then adjusted such that the measured flue gas temperature assumes a maximum value, whereupon operation results at, or in the neighbourhood of, the optimum. This optimisation of the combustion is achieved without chemical flue gas analysis by a simple and low-maintenance temperature measurement, which moreover must only agree in its trend. Such a process can be used economically even in relatively small heating boilers.
