PURPOSE:To increase the heating efficiency as a rooom heating apparatus and to save energy consumption, by forming a loop consisting of an auxiliary heat exchanger, a heat accumulating layer, and a radiator at the outlet of a main heat exchanger for use as room heating apparatus, and by composing a heating medium return-pipe to pass through a heat accumulating layer. CONSTITUTION:The heat, absorbed by an auxiliary heat exchanger 14 while a burner 7 is in combustion, is naturally circulated to the direction of a radiator 16 and a heat accumulating layer 15, and is accumulated in the heat accumulating layer 15, as well as a part of heat is radiated by the radiator 16. A part of heat accumulated in the layer is absorbed by hot-water which is returning after heating. The rise of temperature of hot-water for room heating is detected by a thermistor 21, and a burner 7 is turned off. Then, water flows to the direction of the heat accumulating layer 15, the radiator 16 and an auxiliary heat exchanger 14, and the heat of the heat accumulating layer 15 is radiated from the radiator 16 to slow down the temperature decreasing speed of the hot water. In such a manner, the heating efficiency of a room heating apparatus can be increased as a whole. |
