PURPOSE:To couple and disconnect a power transmission part and a part to be applied with a press load in terms of power, and to facilitate assembling and disassembling, by dividing the machine body of a mechanical press into the above-mentioned two parts. CONSTITUTION:The 1st frame 2 is provided with a flywheel 9, which is driven by a motor through a belt. Then, the flywheel 9 is provided with a clutch brake 10, and the turning force of the flywheel is transmitted to a pinion 11, a gear 12, a pinion 13, and a main gear 14 through the clutch brake 10. The main gear 14 is provided with a pin 15, which is provided with a slider 16. The 2nd frame 3, on the other hand, is provided with a crank shaft 18 at a position eccentric with the main gear 14, and a revolving body 17 is provided with a groove 17a. To incorporate a mechanical press, members are incorporated in the 1st and 2nd frames 2 and 3, and the slider 16 is fitted in the groove 17a of the body 17 and made into one body by a cotter 7 and a bolt 6. |
