This invention is about a control signal and reproducing system which records control signals on the control track and reproduces the recorded control signals. The information signals which consist of video signals, a search function, an edit function, an insert function and push function provide several service advantages. When the vertical synchronizing signal sets the flip flop(FF2) through the flip flop(FF1) and the AND-gate(AND1), the output signal of the AND1 counts the clock pulse. Therefore the control signals are recorded and reproduced by the control head(CH3). The block diagram is the figure 4.
