<p>The ring, such as a wedding ring, or similar adornment, is provided with slots etc. (1,4,5,6,3) which permit different gems (2) to be releasably secured thereto. These slots may also have screws (3) which fit in screw bores (4) at the periphery and are capable of holding the stones (2) in position in openings (1) and ecesses (5) provided in annular collrs (6) on the ring.
