The invention relates to compositions in the form of a stable "fatty-cream" for topical application to the body which comprise a fatty base, water, at least one hydrophilic non-ionic surfactant and a topically-active therapeutic agent, the composition containing from 50 to 80% (preferably 60-70%) by weight of fatty material(s) and from 1.5 to 5% by weight of surfactant. |
