1. Process for the treatment of food products intended notably for animal feeding in order to improve their food value, consisting in subjecting said food products to microwave radiation, characterized in that its comprises the steps of previously determining on a sample of the product to be treated the dielectric characteristics, which are representative of the states of the product, as a function of the radiation parameters, and particularly of the duration of a radiation at a predetermined frequency and power, and of conducting the radiation in a controlled manner with a view to the treatment proper, bearing in mind the results of the preliminary determinations, and in effecting said radiation with the parameters corresponding to the desired state of said product. |
