In order to prevent the tarpaulin flapping during journeys which flapping is noisy and causes damage and increases the expenditure of energy, stabilising elements (4) which extend at a distance one next to the other and are filled with air are provided on the tarpaulin (3). The stabilisation elements (4) can be of an inflatable design and provided with air valves (5).
