PURPOSE:To realize perfect polarization with simple operation, without reducing the mechanical strength of a piezoelectric unit, by bonding the piezoelectric unit to an oscillator, and after that, by polarizing the piezoelectric unit. CONSTITUTION:Ceramics composing a piezoelectric unit is manufactured by sintering, and after that, it is cut off to specified form, and after that, electrodes are fitted. After that, an oscillator and the piezoelectric unit are bonded to each other, and after that, polarization is processed, and finally, a lead wire is fitted for completion, and action is confirmed. The distortion of the piezoelectric unit in the process of the polarization is independently absorbed in the piezoelectric unit. |
