Dynamic medical ultrasonic scanner for moving body - has ultrasonic bursts on focal zones determined by phase delay law and immediately succeeding data acquisition

The multi-component probe receives successive phase delay laws in order to scan the image by lines scanning successive focal zones which have a predetermined length along the line. Each focussed ultrasonics burst is followed by the acquisition of ultrasonics signals issued from a focal zone which is determined by the phase delay law. The emission of at least one ultrasonic burst focussed on at least one focal zone determined by at least one phase delay law follows immediately the end of the acquisition of the ultrasonics data issued from the previous focal zone. Three focussing zones permit the acquisition of approximately 20 cms. depth for each line.
