PURPOSE:To send an external message without intermitting the progress of a conference by fitting a diffusion type light transmitting/receiving device connected to a caller master set onto a ceiling of a conference room and providing a diffusion type light transmitting/receiving device connected to a calling slave set on a desk of participants. CONSTITUTION:The calling master set 1 gives number of calling sets 5a, 5b assigned in advance to the head of a message inputted externally and uses the light transmitting/receiving device 4 for the master set fitted onto the ceiling 3 to apply communication within the range of the directivity A. The information is received by light transmitting/ receiving devices 6a, 6b for the calling slave set, the content of the message for the calling slave set having the number of calling slave set 5a, 5b assigned in advance is displayed and sent to conference participants. Since the diffusion type light transmitting/receiving device for the calling master set is fitted onto the ceiling of a conference room or the like, the communication is applied between said light transmitting/receiving device and the diffusion type light transmitting/receiving device for the calling slave set installed on the desk of the conference participants and the external message is displayed on the calling slave set on a display section, then the conference is not intermitted and the smooth conference progress is attained. |
