The exhaust gases of a supercharged fluidized-bed-fired steam generator (D) are fed to a downstream gas turbine (GT) for working capacity. The combustion air for the fluidized bed (W) of the steam generator (D) and a part air flow (mL4), miscible with the exhaust gases, for the gas turbine (GT) are generated by a compressor (V) driven by the gas turbine. The gas turbine (GT) drives a generator (G2). The steam of the steam generator (D) is expanded in at least one steam turbine (T1, T2) of a steam turboset (T) and/or is used as process steam or heating steam. A portion (mL3), not needed under part load in the fluidized bed (W) of the steam generator (D), of the quantity of combustion air of the air mass flow (mL1) conveyed by the compressor (V) is conveyed back into the atmosphere via an expansion turbine (LT) for the capacity recovery, coupled to the gas-turbine generator (G2) preferably by means of an overriding clutch (k). At the same time, by means of a supporting furnace (B1), the gas inlet temperature of the gas turbine (GT) partially loaded in the event of a part load of steam generation is increased in comparison with its nominal operational inlet temperature (800 DEG -950 DEG C), in such a way that, as a result of the effective thermal turbine gradient increased thereby, the capacity of the gas turbine (GT) can be maintained in the event of a reduced mass flow (mGT). <IMAGE>
