The invention relates to a pass photo cutter which is to be manually operated and makes it possible to cut photos in strips or blocks of paper or individual photos to the correct dimensions on all sides simultaneously, and is especially intended for use by all offices which have to produce large numbers of passes with photographs of all kinds. The aim of the invention is to make it possible for photos on paper for passes of all kinds to be cut out on all sides in a single operation instead of being cut with scissors or other cutting tools on each side individually. The current state of the art offers various ways of achieving this. Scissors and other cutting tools (Patent 11b11, 1761522) are most frequently used in the offices and specialist photographic shops in question. These methods of cutting pass photos to the prescribed dimensions are to some extent defective from every point of view. Cutting each side of the photos individually is very time-consuming and a certain degree of inaccuracy can hardly be avoided. The object of the invention is to reduce to a minimum the time required to cut out the photos.
