Moulds (2), which contain a polyurethane solution, are immersed in hot water or oil in a storage tank (3), then moved out of the storage tank (3) and opened to remove the mouldings thus manufactured. A conveyor device (1) is used for this, which describes a vertical circular path. Moulds (2) are disposed in pairs at regular intervals on the conveyor device (1). The storage tank (3) accommodates the lower part of the circular path of the conveyor device (1). Along the upper part of the circular path the mouldings are removed from the moulds (2) and new polyurethane solution is injected into the moulds (2). <IMAGE>
