摘要 The invention relates to an arrangement for determining a deviation in the position of a workpiece from a reference position with the aid of an imaging sensor (50). A master workpiece is firstly brought into the predetermined position and scanned by the imaging sensor (50), in order to obtain reference imaging information. Thereafter, a workpiece undergoing machining is scanned by the imaging sensor (50), in order to obtain workpiece imaging information. The reference imaging information is subjected to parallel transformation and/or rotation and compared to the workpiece imaging information which in this case contains its original value, in order to obtain a degree of correspondence between the two items of information. The determination of the degree of correspondence is repeated for each step of the parallel transformation and/or rotation of the reference imaging. The accumulated data on the degree of correspondence are used to determine a maximum degree of correspondence, any possible positional deviation of the workpiece from the reference position being specified by the amount and direction of the parallel transformation or rotation resulting from the maximum degree of correspondence.
