This invention is concerned with a small, simple, and cheap device which detects opposite phase and open phase in three-phase voltage. It consists as follow. l; the 1st phase-shifter(91) connected to Δ-Y transformer(8) which shifts the 1st phase of input(3-phase) by 60≦̸C. 2; the 2nd phase-shifter (92) which generates the 2nd voltage delaying the 2nd phase by 180≦̸. 3; differential amplifier(93).
