PIEZOELECTRIC KEY BOARD SWITCH

摘要

Polyvinylidene fluoride has piezo-electric charateristic by polarization. Most of piezo-electric elements are distributed to both sides of piezo-electric film which has an electrode. As an input of multi piezo-electric polymer film element, the variation of piexo-electric field is used. Key board is showed (1) multi piezo-electric polymer, film element is mono-or bi-axially oriented poly-ϒ-methylglutamate or polyvinyl fluoride, polyvinylidene fluoride.
