PURPOSE:To omit a battery, to stabilize frequency and to improve mass- production by connecting two kinds of conductive pattern layers through a Schottky type thin film diode. CONSTITUTION:Different kinds of conductive patterns 8a, 8b, a connecting layer 9 for connecting these patterns 8a, 8b, a thin film Schottky type diode 10, etc., are formed on an insulating film 7 which is an identification (ID) sheet for sorting the flow of articles in a plant or the like. In said constitution, respective patterns can be formed by vapor deposition or the like without using soldering work or the like, electromagnetic waves received by the pattern 8a connected by the diode 10 with stable characteristics are converted into current with corresponding stable frequency and regenerated, so that the remote ID sheets having stable frequency and high massproductivity can be obtained without using a battery. |
