PURPOSE:To prevent electrical fatigue, by contg. an amine derivative and a carbazole derivative as a carrier carrying substance. CONSTITUTION:An amine derivative expressed by a general formula A and an carbazole derivative expressed by a general formula B are contained as a carrier carrying substance, where in the general formula A, Ar1, Ar2 and Ar3 denote a substd. or nonsubstd. aromatic carbocyclic group, a substd. or nonsubstd. aromatic heterocyclic group, and in the general formula B, R1, R2 denote hydrogen, halogen, respectively substd. or nonsubstd. alkyl, alokoxy, aryloxy aryl, amino and hydroxide group, R3, R4 denote a substd. or non-substutd. alkyl or a substd. or nonsubstd. aryl group, Ar denotes a substd. or nonsubstd. bivalent carbocyclic aromatic ring, oxygen atoms or a heterocyclic aromatic ring contg. sulfur. |
