PURPOSE:To reduce the occurrence frequency of reject, by using a corrected reject pattern as a reference pattern from the next time if this pattern can be used as the reference pattern in a new category. CONSTITUTION:When a reject pattern Pr is inputted to a registe correcting part 6, the operator uses a keyboard to set a correct answer pattern for the reject pattern Pr and a new category CN. After this operation, a register switch 7 is closed to send a corrected pattern Pm and the new category CN to a pattern dictionary. An H pattern dictionary 4 checks whether registering the corrected pattern Pm into the category CN is valid or not; and if it is valid, an affirmative acknowledge AOK is sent through a register control line 8, and the new corrected pattern Pm is registered in the new category CN on the pattern dictionary 4. |
