PURPOSE:To easily prepare a schedule, by preparing an operation schedule program of a plurality of molding machines, adapted to the actual condition of a plant, clarifying its work transfer, setting a production target, and measuring the actual result. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of molding machines 11-N are connected to an input/output device 32 of an operating device 31 through terminal equipments 21-(n), respectively, and various signals are transmitted and received between them. An operation time calendar containing the production sequence of a production lot of each molding machine, the quantity of production of each lot, a standard work time, a standard fraction defective and a preparation necessary time is set to a data setting part 33. In an operating part 34, a completion schedule of a lot is calculated from a set 33 data, also the actual operation is monitored 35, a quality is decided 36, only a nondefective unit is counted, the completion schedule time and the actual completion time are compared and operated 34C, and an error is derived. By its error, the calendar is corrected, and to which machine the lot should be prepared is displayed 39 and is printed 40. In this way, the schedule is prepared easily. |
