PURPOSE:To degass while preventing a foamable raw liquid from leaking out and obtain a foam-molded article having a smooth surface with good workability, by a method wherein a porous gasket is adhered to the inside of a degassing hole of a mold, thereafter a foamable raw liquid is poured into the mold and is foamed. CONSTITUTION:When producing a foam-molded article by using a mold 1 constructed by combining a lower mold 3 and an upper mold 2 provided with the degassing holes 4, the gasket 5 made of a porous material (e.g. foamed polyurethane, a felt, a nonwoven abric) is adhered to the inside of each of the degassing holes 4 to shield the parts of the holes 4, thereafter the mold 1 is closed and the foamable raw liquid is poured into the mold 1 to be foam-molded. |
