PURPOSE:To prevent a stop of polling function, which is caused by a fault of a channel device, by providing a command generating means for generating a polling monitoring command at every prescribed time, on a processor. CONSTITUTION:A control part 2 generates a monitoring command A, and also starts a timer 3 by a control signal (a). The timer 3 generates a control signal (b) when a prscribed time has passed, and generates a monitoring command B (a line number, a command, a mode, etc. are disignated in advance). As a result, a started processing part 18 sends out a polling sense information (flags F1-F4) to an area 10 of a memory 7. A discriminating part 6 compares a polling list 9 with a data in the area 10, and when a group to which a polling signal has not been sent yet is detected, the command A is generated again to this group from the control part 2. Subsequently, a microprocessor 15 generates a polling signal to this group. |
