发明名称 OPTICAL INFORMATION RECORDING MEDIUM
摘要 PURPOSE:To facilitate high-density recording and reproduction with good resolution by forming the 1st reactive material layer containing a sublimable material and the 2nd reactive material layer containing an acid material in optional order, and then providing an isolation layer, to be destroyed by laser light, between said layers. CONSTITUTION:On a substrate (plastic film, foillike metal, etc.) 1, a colorless or colored sublimable material, such as a cyan color dye, a phenylmethane derivative, and 1-amino-2-methoxy-4-hudroxyanthrawuinone, is vacuum-deposited to form the 1st reactive material layer 2. Then, an isolation layer 3 of a metal (oxide) such as Bi and In and a chalcogenide compound such as As-Se which is destroyed by laser light is formed thin and on it, the 2nd reactive material layer 4 which contains an acid material such as tartaric acids and oxalic acids is formed, thus manufacturing an optcial information recording body. Further, a protective layer 5 of Al2O3, SiO2, etc., may be provided over the layer 4 upon occasion.
