PURPOSE:To eliminate the unbalance of the load between operation processing devices, by arranging plural switch modules, which discriminate load states of operation processing devices and select a light-loaded operation processing device to perform an independent transfer operation, in an array. CONSTITUTION:When the processing request of packet data is inputted from a switch module 2, an input circuit 9 refers to the state of a load display circuit 15 to select an output circuit 13 corresponding to an overloaded operation processing device if either of operation processing devices is not overloaded, and to select an output circuit 13 corresponding to another switch module 2' if both operation processing devices are overloaded. However, if the overflow of a transfer path information area due to addition of transfer path information is detected in the switch module 2, either of output circuits 13 connected to operation processing devices 3 is selected even if both operation processing devices 3 are overloaded. |
