PURPOSE:To operate a sub-system connected to other channels upon failure, by operating a transmission line in a station node upon a failure of channel section and disconnecting a failed channel from the transmission line. CONSTITUTION:A status register 63 is set with a channel error detecting circuit output ERR in a station node. Based on a data from a status register 63 and a channel address set circuit 62, channel address data CA1 and CA2 are formed in the 1st and 2nd parity bit addition circuits 64 and 65. The channel address data CA1 and CA2 are compared with the content of the address section DA in a frame data signal at the 1st and 2nd comparators 58 and 59 to form gate signals G1 and G2. Based on the gate signals G1 and G2, a channel section 70 is disconnected from the transmission line in station node. |
