<p>PURPOSE:To ensure the accurate separation of a recording sheet, by setting a folding roller which gives a separating folded part to the front end part of the recording sheet coaxially to a resist roller and bending the tip of the recording sheet in the prescribed direction simultaneously with the transport of the recording sheet. CONSTITUTION:One or more numbers of a folding roller 3 and a resist roller 4 are arranged to a transfer shaft 2. The reist roller 4 has a columnar shape, and the roller 3 has a flat part at a part of its outer circumference. A flat folding pawl 5 is fixed at the flat part of the roller 3 in such way the tip of the pawl 5 is protruded slightly above the circumference surface of the roller 3. Both the bending rollers 3 and resist roller 4 have the same diameter and are equipped with a spongelike ealstic roller 6. The transfer paper 27 passes through a guide plate 21 to be folded at its tip by the bending roller 3 and then sent to a transfer part by a sending roller 22.</p> |
