PURPOSE:To arrange so as to shake off rain water or the like stuck on a window plate by means of high frequency oscillation and make it possible to secure excellently a wide visibility even at the time of rainy weather by retaining the window plate at a window frame through a buffer and retaining fixedly a high frequency oscillator at this window plate. CONSTITUTION:A high frequency oscillator 2 made up by being retained by means of a retaining member 4 fixed at a window frame 5 is fixed at a window plate 1, the whole perimeter of whose end portion is put in the window frame 5 through a buffer 3. One or plural pieces of this high frequency oscillator 2, depending on the area/shape of the window plate 1 or the magnitude of oscillation energy required, are provided on the plane of the perimeter portion of the window plate 1 so as not to interfere with visibility. And a high frequency oscillating device is connected to the high frequency oscillator 2, and the window plate 1 whose mass is comparatively small is subjected to high frequency oscillation by oscillating the high frequency oscillator 2 and rain water or the like stuck on the window plate 1 is arranged to be shaken off.
