PURPOSE:To easily install a grindstone segment having a variety of shape or material onto a wheel according to the necessity by installing the grindstone segment onto the wheel in demountable ways. CONSTITUTION:When the shape or material of a grindstone segment 1 is changed, or the grindstone setment is deteriorated, and the service life is exhausted, a wedge 3, lock bolt 4 which tightens the wedge 3, and an outer perepheral holding bolt 5 are demounted. Then, the grindstones segment 1 is demounted from a cup-shaped wheel 2, and the replavement with the grindstone segment 1 to be used next is performed.
