PURPOSE:To prevent the mechanical breakdown of an IC or a transistor, by imparting the functions of a lock washer and a flat washer to the heat radiating plate. CONSTITUTION:The heat radiating plate 1 itself has a structure provided with the functions of the rock washer and the flat washer. In this constitution, even though the lock washer and the flat washer are eliminated, the mechanical breakdown can be prevented and the fixing work can be efficiently performed in the fixing of the IC or the transistor. |
