PURPOSE:To transmit, to monitor and to control data to a remote place and check the fault of data transmitting status in the transmitting side in spite of a pair of one-way communication lines. CONSTITUTION:In a transmitting station TS, plant input information PI is inputted from a plant information input base 2 and set up on a register 4. Since the information PI is a parallel signal, it is converted into a serial signal through a parallel/serial converting circuit 5 and the serial data is sent to a serial transmission cable 10 through an encoding circuit 7, a modulator 8 and a driver 9. At that time, a CRC generator circuit 6 adds CRC to the converted serial data. Said operation is cyclically repeated. In addition, the transmitting station TS detects power source failures, the stop of control basic clocks, etc. by a self-diagnosis circuit 13 and output a detected signal to the external through a driver 14. |
