PURPOSE:To aliminate a need for a power line cable by attaching attachably and detachably a still picture type underground television camera with a stroboscope to a fishing net towed by a boat, and forming the communication line between said camera and the ship with an optical fiber. CONSTITUTION:The still picture type underwater television camera 7 is provided with a stroboscope 6 whose power source is a battery 5, and these stroboscope 6 and the underwater camera 7 are contained in pressure-proof containers 8, and a main body is formed by connecting these containers 8 in the rear of which is a fin 9 provided. Thus a stability during the towing by a boat is secured. This under water television camera 7 and the boat are connected with a communication line made of the underwater optical fiber 10 of neutral buoyancy, and the image picking-up by this camera 7 can be controlled from aboard the ship. In the picking-up of an image, the stroboscope 6 together with the battery 5 are used, hence a power line is not necessary.
